The delivery of products is a vital part of any purchase, therefore we look to ensure that all goods are despatched and received in good condition.
Delivering timber and associated products can be a challenge if there are access issues or you require large volumes so it is vital that we all work together to ensure your delivery is a safe and successful experience.
We are able to deliver to the majority of locations within the UK via our online shop & branch stocks Monday to Friday between 7 am and 5:30 pm, using either our own fleet of dedicated vehicles or a specialist carrier.
When you place an order with us online you are able to request a delivery date for your order at your convenience. We always aim for your products to arrive at your delivery address on the requested delivery date. On rare occasions we may have requirement to amend your delivery date, and in this unlikely event our team will keep in touch with you to organise an amendment to the date that is convenient for you.
We are able to deliver some of our products at weekends both through our own fleet of vehicles and logistics partners and if it's a weekend delivery that you require then please get in touch with us to discuss your requirement in more detail. Additional costs are sometimes incurred when delivering at weekends.
The cost of the delivery within our online shop will be displayed at the point of check out. The charges are calculated based on your delivery address, the goods you have ordered and the value of your order.
We offer free delivery to some locations based on a basket of goods over £300+vat. All other deliveries will be levied a cost effective delivery fee based on the scope & destination of your order.
Or delivery fees begin at as little as £7.99+vat.
Please advise us of any access or delivery problems to the required delivery address in advance. Some of our vehicles are large commercial trucks with wide trailers that are sometimes unable to access smaller residential roads so it is vital that we know of any circumstances or limitations to a delivery taking place prior to the event to ensure that we dedicate the right vehicle for your delivery.
We may also require assistance at the time of delivery depending on the products you have ordered. This is dictated by the size and or weight of the goods being delivered and it's always best to give us as much information as you can in terms of the circumstances of the delivery in order to ensure that your goods can be safely offloaded at your chosen address. You can provide us information regarding your delivery within the delivery instructions box within the check out page of our web site. For bulk orders or pack quantities, it may be appropriate for mechanical assistance to be on-site to offload (such as a forklift) and there is space during the checkout process to inform us of any delivery challenges and in turn unloading assistance that will be on-site when our driver visits.
As a rule of thumb our deliveries are made to the front of your property or requested address. Our drivers may be able to assist further, but this is at their discresion, and we do not guarantee that the driver will assist with moving your products anywhere other than to the entrance to your property, and the health and safety of our delivery driver's must be taken into account at all times.
