Click & Collect Information

Of course, it is always possible to pop into any of our branch networks to purchase and collect goods dependent on stock availability within branch opening hours.

However, through our online shop, we also offer the additional service to purchase products via our click and collect system.

Click and collect allows you to select from our online range of products and with our livestock functionality book items to collect 4 trading hours after the time of purchase.

The benefit of this system to you is that you know when placing a click and collect order the stock is in branch and available avoiding a possible wasted journey.

Our system is configured so that when you select products for purchase through click and collect it will only afford you to do so within branches that have your desired items available in stock. Our system will show you all the branches with the available stock with the nearest to your location as the first option, but you can select from any of our branches with the stock that you need for your convenience. In addition, our split basket function allows you to separate some aspects of your order for collection and others within the same basket of goods for delivery should you desire.

With our click and collect service once you have made your purchase your order will be ready for collection 4 trading hours after the time of your purchase. Our system will send you a digital receipt for your goods and all you need do is visit the branch you have selected show the team your digital invoice on your device or in print & collect your goods. On occasions, we may ask for an ID whilst collecting your goods for your own security so having the card that you are paid with and some personal ID with you would be appreciated.

Our click and collect service operates within the normal stated working hours of our branch network so for illustration if you placed an order to click and collect at 3 pm on a weekday as we close for business at 5 pm your order would be available for collection from 9:30 am the next morning as this is 4 trading hours after your order had been placed. Our trading hours for each of our branches are displayed within our branch locator on our website.

In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your click and collect purchase our customer service team will make contact with you using the contact details you provided at the time of purchase so please ensure that you fill in all of your details at the time of purchase just in case.

Our click and collect service is only available currently for our off the shelf or rack products via the range within our online shop so if it's something more bespoke that you need then just get in touch with us and our sales teams will be happy to discuss your requirements in more detail.
