As the clickFIX® Mini comes complete with draft proof timber hatch and polyurethane trapdoor they reduce heat loss compared with uninsulated ceilings. Minimal cold bridges occur because the trapdoor and hatch consist solely of a high-insulating materials. The loft ladder weighs about 25% less than traditional timber loft ladder making easy to operate. The loft ladder can be installed by one person with its easy-click mounting process without the need for tools. The patented clickFIX® technology means the best insulation values available in the UK today.

DOLLE clickFIX® 36 MINI is insulated with 30 mm expanded polystyrene (EPS). U-value: 0.99 W/m2 *K. The low u-value is particularly remarkable as all products are tested as a building component similar to doors and windows. It also comes complete with non-slip treads for extra security and a wooden push/pull operating pole for easy extraction.
