Director of Transport Alan Harvey is very pleased to announce that Harlow Timber Group Ltd, having just a few weeks ago been accredited with FORS Bronze, are now FORS Silver.

Silver accreditation confirms that we employ fleet best practice, by achieving FORS Silver we are also now compliant with the CLOCS Standard for Construction Logistics and with TfL’s WRRR (Work Related Road Risk).

"Within 12 months, we have moved from a paper based system, to an electronic Fleet Management System provided by Fleet Check. Our workshop now completes all inspections on glass using Fleet Technician."

"Drivers complete all safety checks on the Fleet Check Driver app using their new 8 inch Samsung Tablets, & vehicles are fitted with telematics, cameras, side scan, VRU warning devices supplied by TVG."

"All our drivers across the group have completed Safe Urban Driving, LoCITY and Security and Counter Terrorism training within 6 weeks."

"In summary, a massive investment made by the Group which is now paying dividends, an 11% reduction in emissions, improved MPG, reduced collisions and our average driver score moved from a D to B."
