2. Reach £250 or more

The more you spend, the bigger your New Year voucher. Only one qualifying order and one voucher can be claimed during the month.

3. Receive your voucher

Spend £250+, £500+, £750+ or £1,000+ and receive the corresponding voucher. If shopping online, this will be sent to your via the email used at time of purchase. If shopping at one of our Timber Centres, voucher will be sent to email address provided at time of purchase. By entering the promotion you agree for us to contact you via your contact information (email or mobile number). Vouchers can be redeemed ONCE between 1st Jan - 30th Jan 2027.

When can I use my voucher?

Vouchers can be redeemed throughout January 2027, subject to the campaign terms and conditions.

Voucher redemption period: 1st January – 31st January 2027

The promotion

The Spend Now, Save 2027 promotion is available on qualifying online purchases made between 00:00 on 1st November 2026 and 23:59 on 30th November 2026.

Qualifying spend and voucher value

Customers will qualify for a future promotional voucher based on the value of their highest individual qualifying order placed during the promotional period, as follows:

    • Spend £250 or more – receive a £10 voucher.

    • Spend £500 or more – receive a £20 voucher.

    • Spend £750 or more – receive a £30 voucher.

    • Spend £1,000 or more – receive a £40 voucher

Qualifying spend

All qualifying spend thresholds are calculated excluding VAT. Delivery charges are excluded from the qualifying spend calculation.

Multiple orders

Qualifying spend must be achieved within a single order. Multiple orders cannot be combined to reach a qualifying spend threshold.

Customers placing multiple qualifying orders during the promotional period will receive a voucher based on their highest-value individual qualifying order only. Vouchers cannot be accumulated or combined.

Voucher issue

Qualifying customers will receive their promotional voucher by email to the email address associated with their qualifying purchase.

Vouchers will be issued during December 2026, following the end of the promotional period.

A second reminder email will be sent during the week commencing 1st January 2027.

Voucher redemption

Vouchers can only be redeemed against qualifying online purchases made between 1st January 2027 and 31st January 2027. Vouchers cannot be redeemed before or after these dates.

Voucher restrictions

    • Each voucher is valid for one single use only.

    • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

    • Vouchers cannot be transferred or sold.

    • Only one promotional voucher may be used per order.

    • Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code, offer or discount.

    • Vouchers cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.

Exclusions

Certain products, product categories and services may be excluded from this promotion.

In branch, only timber and sheet materials are qualifying products. Exclusions apply on direct to site orders.
