I-Beam Joists can be fabricated into engineered cassette floor systems to suit your application.

Cassette floors are a pre-built panelised system of I-Beam engineered joists that are commonly used in timber frame construction to provide a cost effective and simple floor solution that cuts down on labour and installation costs as they are placed in situ using mechanical equipment and form an entire section of floor.

Cassette Floors can come pre-drilled for pipework, wiring and utilities by our team to your pre-determined specifications.

If you require a cassette floor solution our sales and design team will use your accurate architectural drawings to design a complete floor solution that will be fabricated in house by our technicians. Your flooring solution will then be delivered in a kit that comprises all you need to install the flooring solution within your project.

I-Beam engineered cassette floors can be supplied with Egger or Norboard deck products to provide a surface to your engineered joist floor.

I-Beam Engineered Joist Cassette Floors are:

• Fabricated in panelised sections of I'Beam engineered joists
• Most commonly used in timber frame construction projects.
• Not suitable for projects adopting a masonry construction
• More cost effective in terms of labour & installation as they are delivered pre-built into sections
• Faster to install due to their pre-built nature
• Pre-drilled if required to allow for installation of pipes, wiring & utilties
• Available complete as a full kit with Egger or Norboard deck products
• Designed to your drawings by our in house team
• Fabricated by our own on site technicians to your specifications
• I-Beam cassette flooring systems can also be supplied with Hydrofoam radiant heat insulation to meet specified building regulations on your project.
