Spandrel Panels

Spandrel Panels are for use in separating walls or external gables. They are supplied as part of a structural roof package including all the standard trusses. Spandrel panels are sound and fire proofed, which are designed to replace standard masonary build party walls, reducing costs and build time.

If designed to Robust Standard details there will be no need for pre-completion sound testing. They are often used in large timber frame projects to seperate dwellings in apartments.
